A week after Penn State football landed wide receiver Kyron Hudson out of the transfer portal, the Nittany Lions have acquired another pass-catcher in Troy wideout Devonte Ross.
Ross, who just wrapped up his junior season for the Trojans, finished with 76 catches and 1,043 yards, the sixth and fourth-most for a season in program history, respectively.
