LSU football aims to close out the 2024 season with a win.
The Tigers (8-4) take on Baylor (8-4) in the Texas Bowl inside NRG Stadium in Houston Tuesday.
LSU has won both bowl games it has played under head coach Brian Kelly and a win over the Bears would mark the third consecutive season that it will end the season with a victory as well as collecting at least nine wins.
The matchup with Baylor pits the Tigers against former defensive coordinator now Bears head coach Dave Aranda. Aranda led LSU’s defense from 2016 to 2019 with his last season helping the Tigers capture the national championship.
