2026 tight end includes Tennessee in top four schools

2026 four-star tight end prospect Matt Ludwig announced his top four schools, according to Brandon Huffman of 247Sports.

Ludwig’s top four schools are Tennessee, Georgia, Michigan and Texas Tech.

The 6-foot-4, 230-pound tight end is from Billings West High School in Billings, Montana.

He ranks No. 268 nationally in the 247Sports Composite for the class of 2026. Ludwig also ranks as the No. 19 athlete and No. 1 prospect in Montana.

The Vols offered him a scholarship on April 24.

Tennessee has six commitments in its 2026 recruiting class: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Brandon Anderson, defensive lineman Tyson Bacon, wide receiver Tyreek King and linebacker Braylon Outlaw.
