ORLANDO — The NCAA transfer portal closed just before the start of January, but expect plenty more activity for UCF in the weeks ahead in its attempt to overhaul a 4-8 roster with a new coaching staff in place.

Cam Fancher has thrown for more than 5,000 yards across 34 games at Marshall and Florida Atlantic, adding 1,122 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound southpaw has a career ratio of 27 touchdowns against 23 interceptions.

Jackson (6-4, 212) has two years of eligibility remaining after appearing in 13 games for the Hoosiers. He threw one touchdown and ran for another in an Oct. 26 win…
