In-state lineman commits to Tennessee over three SEC schools

Tennessee received its eighth commitment for the 2026 recruiting class. Offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda announced his commitment to the Vols at the Navy All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas.

“1000% committed,” Osenda announced.

The 6-foot-7, 330-pound prospect is from Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Osenda committed to the Vols over Florida, Georgia, Minnesota and South Carolina. Tennessee offered the offensive line prospect a scholarship on Feb. 26, 2024.

Tennessee has eight commitments in its 2026 recruiting class: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Brandon Anderson, defensive lineman Tyson Bacon, wide receiver Tyreek King, linebacker Braylon Outlaw, wide receiver Tyran Evans and Osenda.
