After spending one season at Auburn, offensive lineman Percy Lewis is on the move again.

Two weeks after entering his name into the transfer portal, Lewis has found a new college home.

Lewis will head back to his home state of Mississippi to play for Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels according to Pete Nakos of On3. He becomes the second former Auburn player to exit the Plains in favor of Oxford, joining former defensive back Antonio Kite.

Lewis played in 10 games during his only season in Auburn, where he made five starts at left tackle. In all, he played 307 snaps at left tackle and one snap at right guard. Lewis logged at least 60 snaps in all five of his starts but failed to play in more than 25 snaps in the five games he did not start. He allowed four sacks last season in 179 opportunities according to Pro Football Focus.

Ole Miss will be Lewis’ third college stop. He signed with Mississippi State as part of its 2022 signing class as the No. 1 offensive tackle from the JUCO ranks. He participated in 437 snaps during the 2023 season at Mississippi State, where he allowed two sacks and four quarterback hurries at left tackle.
