Javian McCollum is at his third college.
The 2020 Southwest Florida High School Sports Awards Boys Basketball Player of the Year played his first two college years at Siena, scoring 6.7 points a game in 2021-22 and 15.9 a year later.
Before last season, he transferred to Oklahoma in the Big 12 and averaged 13.3 points. And before this season, he moved to Georgia Tech in the ACC.

As a senior, McCollum has started five games for the Yellow Jackets, and played in 13. He is averaging 12.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game. The rebounding average is a career high.
Georgia Tech has some work to do if it is going to make the NCAA Tournament this year. It is 8-9 overall and 2-4 in the ACC for 13th place in the 18-team league.
