Texas football wide receiver Isaiah Bond intends to declare for the NFL Draft, he told ESPN on Tuesday morning.
Bond arrived in Austin via the transfer portal ahead of the 2024 season after spending the first two years of his collegiate career at Alabama.
His lone campaign with the Longhorns proved difficult to evaluate. Bond dealt with two separate ankle injuries that caused him to miss two games outright and made him a limited participant in several others.

He caught 34 passes for 540 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games, also rushing for an additional 98 yards and a score. Bond did not exceed 50 receiving yards in any of his final six games after doing so in each of Texas’ first five games of the season.
That production profile gave Bond an interesting decision to make as to whether he would use his final season of eligibility. Ultimately, he chose to make the professional jump.
Listed at 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, Bond’s blazing speed will make him an intriguing prospect at the next level.
