The Texas Tech football program on Tuesday announced the hiring of Jack Teachey as a senior defensive analyst, reuniting the longtime former Wofford assistant coach with new defensive coordinator Shiel Wood.
Teachey coached at Wofford in Spartanburg, South Carolina, from 1994 through 2013. He has coached at Hampstead (N.C.) Topsail High School since 2014, the past three years as head coach.
