Whether it’s in the transfer portal or the high school recruiting ranks, few teams have been as hot as the Oregon Ducks over the past few weeks and few years. That’s continuing into the future as Oregon builds one of the best 2026 recruiting classes in the nation.
On Wednesday, 5-star quarterback Jared Curtis announced that he is down to six schools in his recruitment, listing the Ducks alongside the Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide, Ohio State Buckeyes, Auburn Tigers, and South Carolina Gamecocks.
Curtis is rated by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 4 overall player in the 2026 class, and the No. 2 QB in the nation. He has been high on the Ducks for quite some time now, saying a few months back that Oregon is leading the way in his recruitment.
Oregon already has a QB commit in the class of 2026, with 4-star Jonas Williams committing back in August after visiting Eugene for the Ducks’ Saturday Night Live camp.
As it currently stands, Oregon has the No. 1 recruiting class in the 2026 cycle, highlighted by TE Kendre Harrison, OT Kodi Green, and RB Tradarian Ball.
