Jan. 15—The transfers keep rolling in.
New Mexico announced three new transfer additions Wednesday, bringing UNM’s total transfer class under head coach Jason Eck to 28.
Entering his first year, Eck told the Journal that UNM will be more “aggressive” in the portal, and added that the program has hosted 45 players for official visits since the end of December. The Lobos lost 20 players to the portal since former head coach Bronco Mendenhall left for Utah State on Dec. 6.

S Albert Nunes (Northern Iowa)
Summary: Nunes, a 6-foot-2, 212-pound defensive back, made 68 total tackles last season with Northern Iowa. The senior from Fort Myers, Florida previously played at Eastern Kentucky. Nunes has one year of eligibility remaining.
OL Jordan Mora (Cerritos College)
Summary: A Los Angeles native, Mora appeared in 11 games over two seasons with Cerritos College, a junior college in Norwalk, California. The 6-6, 285-pound sophomore has three years of eligibility remaining.
LS Trey Dubuc (South Florida)
Summary: Dubuc, a 6-2, 215-pound long snapper, appeared in one game last year with South Florida. The former two-star prospect and redshirt freshman from Fort Lauderdale, Florida committed to Texas State out of the portal before signing with UNM. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
