Want to play for Alabama football? Crimson Tide to hold walk-on tryouts for 2025 season

Do you want to play Alabama football? The Crimson Tide is giving UA students the chance.

Alabama announced Wednesday it would hold walk-on tryouts Jan. 21 at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on UA’s campus.

The football team clarified prospective walk-ons “must be a full-time student at the University of Alabama” enrolled in at least 12 hours in the spring semester.

Alabama has not yet announced its plans for the 2025 A Game. The 2024 game was April 13.

Alabama will kick off its 2025 season Aug. 30 at Florida State.
