Check out Ohio State football’s uniforms for CFP final vs. Notre Dame

Ohio State plans to don a familiar look in the College Football Playoff final on Monday.

As revealed Thursday afternoon, the Buckeyes are to be in their white road uniforms with gray sleeves against Notre Dame.

In Monday’s championship game, Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka (2) and his teammates will be wearing the same uniform they wore during a Dec. 21, 2022 game against Georgia.

It’s a traditional look they have worn during previous playoff appearances, including as recently as a semifinal against Georgia in 2022.

When the Buckeyes last reached the final against Alabama four years ago, they also sported the gray sleeves.

The stripe pattern had been a part of Ohio State’s jerseys until the mid-2000s.
