5-star Ohio State WR Chris Henry Jr. schedules visit to Oregon Ducks

The Oregon Ducks are continuing to try and chip away at one of the best players in the 2026 recruiting class.

On Saturday, On3 reported that 5-star wide receiver Chris Henry Jr. is scheduled to take a visit to Eugene next week to see the Ducks once again, the most recent of many visits to Oregon.

Henry, the No. 3 player in the 2026 class and the No. 1 WR in the nation, has been committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes since July of 2023 but has taken multiple visits to Oregon and is high on the Ducks in his recruitment. As a star player at Mater Dei High School in California, it makes sense for Dan Lanning and the Ducks to be in on Henry, as the Monarchs have developed quite the pipeline up to Eugene.

Oregon is in a great position as far as the 2026 class goes, currently holding the No. 1 ranking in the nation. The Ducks also recently scheduled a visit with 5-star quarterback Jared Curtis, the No. 1 QB in the class.
