The Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 34-23 to claim a historic College Football Playoff championship Monday night.

Students stormed into Ohio Stadium as part of the post-game celebration in Columbus, and Buckeye Nation flooded social media with joy over their new national champions.
