Four-star offensive lineman Brandon Anderson decommits from Tennessee football

Four-star offensive lineman Brandon Anderson decommitted from Tennessee football on Monday, more than three months after pledging to the Vols.

Anderson is a 6-foot-4, 320-pounder from Kennesaw, Georgia. He is ranked the No. 22 interior offensive lineman and the No. 269 player overall in the 2026 class.

He initially committed to Tennessee on Oct. 20, the morning after the Vols beat Alabama. At that time, he chose UT over Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Miami, NC State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.

But Anderson has received increased interest since then, and he re-opened his recruitment.

Brandon Anderson, a 2026 prospect, is an offensive lineman from North Cobb High in Kennesaw, Georgia.

UT now seven commitments in its 2026 class, led by five-star quarterback Faizon Brandon, from Greensboro, North Carolina, and four-star receiver Tyreek King from Knox Catholic.

Four-star tight end Carson Sneed, three-star offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda, three-star defensive lineman Tyson Bacon, three-star linebacker Braylon Outlaw and three-star receiver Tyran Evans.
