Missouri State football landed the commitment from a defensive back who previously held offers from Arkansas, Kansas State and others.
Ryan Grayson, listed as a 6-foot-1, 170-pound athlete, announced his commitment to the Bears on Sunday night.
Grayson held offers from Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas State, UNLV, Utah State and Kansas. The schools offered him before he played his senior year at Beggs High School in Oklahoma.
Missouri State defensive back coach Chris Franklin visited Grayson last week after the school offered him in October.
Grayson doubled as a receiver and defensive back, leading his team to an Oklahoma Class 2A-II playoff appearance. He returned four punts for touchdowns, picked off three passes, including one for a touchdown, and had 16 receiving touchdowns on 27 catches.
Grayson became the fifth defensive back to commit to the Bears this offseason. The group will undergo an overhaul at cornerback following the departures of starters Lemondre Joe, Kaleno Levine and Avery Powell.
