The University of Miami’s season may not have gone according to plan, but the Hurricanes still still take pride in an effective year on the recruiting trail.
Miami sits at No. 12 in 247Sport’s composite class rankings, one spot behind USC and ahead of Penn State. Headlining their 21 December signees are some of the top players in Florida like Girard Pringle Jr., Joshua Moore, Bryce Fitzgerald, and Malachi Toney — as well as several others that had standout seasons on the way to a state championship.
With the Feb. 5 National Signing Day approaching, Miami looks poised to enter the next cycle with their class as is. Here is a look at the Hurricanes’ 2025 signees.
Hayden Lowe, Edge

Ranking: Four-star on 247Sports, No. 3 EDGE in the nation
Height, Weight: 6-foot-5, 250 pounds
What to Know: Lowe, one of the most coveted edge rushers in the country, held a commitment with USC for six months before flipping to Miami in mid-November. He tallied 18.0 TFL and 16.0 sacks through 13 games played at Oaks Christian (Calif.).
Seuseu Alofaituli, Interior Offensive Lineman
Ranking: Four-star on 247Sports, No. 5 IOL in the nation
Height, weight: 6-foot-3, 280 pounds
What to Know: Alofaituli, a four-year starter at national power Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, committed to Miami in July after visits to Michigan, Nebraska, and Coral Gables. He helped the Gaels post over 400 yards of offense per game on the way to an 11-1 finish and NIAA 5A championship.
