It’s almost time for national signing day, which is Feb. 5.
Well, that’s the second signing period for football, following its early signing day on Dec. 4, 2024. December’s signing day is when most of the top recruits across the state officially signed with their college programs.
There are plenty of athletes from Iowa who signed up to play college football. But we’re focusing on local players, those from the Des Moines area featured on our 2025 recruiting rankings released in August 2024.
So, here are where a dozen players signed during the December signing period.
