Clemson hiring Penn State’s Tom Allen as DC after leading Nittany Lions’ top-10 defense

USATSI Penn State defensive coordinator Tom Allen has agreed to take the same position at Clemson, according to 247Sports’/CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
