Notable Michigan football recruit ranking changes in final On3 2025 rankings

As the February signing period approaches, there’s been a lot of movement for recruits in terms of rankings. The ranking services are finalizing how they see the breadth of the high school recruits, coming out with their final tallies and moving recruits up and down accordingly.
