The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to four-star quarterback recruit Trent Seaborn, who is a member of the class of 2027. Seaborn, a rising junior, is ranked as the No. 9 quarterback in his class, per 247Sports.
Seaborn plays high school football for Thompson High School in Alabaster, Alabama. Seaborn and Thompson won the 7A state championship 21-7 against Central High School (Phenix City, Alabama).
Seaborn is ranked as the No. 94 recruit in the country and the fourth-best player in Alabama. His efficient season is a big reason why Thompson took home a state title. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound quarterback threw for 2,601 passing yards, 27 touchdowns and six interceptions in 2023. He started as an eighth grader in 2022 and already has three seasons of varsity starting experience. Based on his experience, he could be a candidate to reclassify depending on his coursework.
The talented passer has recent offers from Georgia, Mississippi State, Kentucky and Missouri. Seaborn also took a recent visit to Florida State. The in-state Alabama Crimson Tide are among the top programs to offer Seaborn.
The Georgia Bulldogs are always looking to land elite quarterback recruits. Could Seaborn be the latest top quarterback to commit to UGA and Kirby Smart?
