Trio of Spartans Coaches visit 2026 Georgia CB KJ Deriso

A trio of Michigan State football coaches, including head coach Jonathan Smith, made a visit to Georgia cornerback prospect KJ Deriso earlier this week.

Corey Robinson of 247Sports reported earlier this week that Smith and two other Michigan State coaches visited with Deriso. He hails from Fayetteville, Ga. and plays for Whitewater High.

Deriso is currently an unranked prospect on 247Sports.

Michigan State is one of 10 schools to offer Deriso, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Georgia Tech, Louisville, Mississippi State, USF, Appalachian State, Georgia Southern, Central Michigan and Georgia State.
