Wisconsin class of 2026 target Jalayne Miller included the Badgers in his list of finalists on Monday.
The 6-foot-5, 320-pound offensive lineman becomes the second highly touted 2026 target to feature Wisconsin in his list of finalists over the past two days, following three-star tight end Landen Miree. Miller included the Badgers alongside Arkansas, Stanford, Arizona State, Minnesota, USC and Kansas. He received his offer from UW on Jan. 8.
While his final list is comprised of seven programs, Miller received over 20 offers from a collection of teams across the country. Tennessee, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Arizona, Washington and Iowa State were among other programs to offer Miller.
247Sports lists the Desert Edge High School product as the No. 576 overall recruit in the class of 2026, the No. 48 interior offensive lineman and the No. 2 prospect from Arizona. Rivals, On3 and 247Sports all consider Miler a three-star prospect at this stage of the recruiting process.
Miller helped captain Desert Edge to a 10-4 mark in 2024, including a 4-1 record in the school’s region. He also suits up for his school’s varsity track and field team.
As is the case with Miree, there are no clear front-runners for Miller at this stage of his recruiting process. Wisconsin appears to be towards the top of Miller’s priorities this summer. The lineman will officially visit Madison in June following visits to Arizona State and Stanford, per Rivals.
On3’s recruiting prediction machine has yet to assign a likelihood for the Badgers to land Miller. As of Feb. 3, neither 247Sports nor Rivals have released predictions for where he’ll land.
Wisconsin’s class of 2026 still includes just one commitment at this early stage in the recruiting process: three-star offensive lineman Benjamin Novak.
