Now that the Super Bowl is over, the Jets are ramping up for the offseason with the first step, announcing the coaching staff of Aaron Glenn‘s offense, defense and special teams.
New York’s offense will be led by first-year coordinator Tanner Engstrand. Engstrand will have the experienced Scott Turner, and his 14 seasons of coaching, on staff to assist him. Last season, Turner called plays for the Raiders in their final eight games. He’s the most notable name on the offensive staff, but Glenn retained three offensive assistants, including wide receivers coach Shawn Jefferson.
Here’s the complete list of Jets offensive coaches…
Scott Turner – Senior assistant/Pass game coordinator
Jeff Blasko – Tight ends coach
Steve Heiden – Offensive line coach
Shawn Jefferson – Wide receivers coach
