The Division I offers are trickling in for 2026 football recruits across the state.
With their senior seasons approaching, it’s time to take an initial look at The Oklahoman’s 2026 Super 30 rankings of the state’s top recruits. The list will be updated throughout the next year, including for the annual summer feature series on each player.
Here are the initial rankings:

1. Tajh Overton, DL, Owasso

Overton played a massive role on Owasso’s defensive line to help guide the team to the Class 6A-I state title game. He’s a four-star recruit with offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, LSU, OU, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and others.
2. Mason James, WR, Norman North
James is a four-star prospect and the top-ranked receiver statewide. He holds offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, Kansas State, Michigan, OU, OSU, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and Texas A&M, among others.

3. Kaydin Jones, RB, Jenks
Jones, the son of former OU running back Kejuan Jones, is one of the best players statewide and among the most coveted running backs in the country. The four-star recruit currently holds offers from Alabama, OU, Oregon, OSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M and others.
