Notre Dame has had some nice running backs lately, and it wants to keep that run going. So why not turn to another blue blood to optimize your chances at continuing that run?
The Irish have announced the hiring of Ja’Juan Seider as their running backs coach as well as an associate head coach under Marcus Freeman. Seider previously spent the past four seasons in both of those roles at Penn State as well as the co-offensive coordinator. He had been the Nittany Lions’ running backs coach since 2018.
Seider also been the running back coach at Florida, West Virginia and Marshall in a collegiate coaching career that began in 2010. The 2025 season will be his 19th overall at the college level.
Seider will be charged with helping Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price build off their impressive 2024 seasons as well as helping those behind them on the depth chart try and get to that level once Love and Price have moved on:
