Notre Dame makes offer to four-star running back out of California

Notre Dame football recruiting

Notre Dame has made an offer to four-star running back Brian Bonner.

Bonner, from Valencia, California, is a four-star recruit. He weighs 185 pounds and is six-foot-1.

During his high school career, he racked up 1,992 yards, averaging 7.2 yards per carry on 276 rushes. He averaged 94.9 yards a game.

With Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price returning, Bonner isn’t likely to play right away should come to South Bend. Still, the Irish do have to look to the future as those two inch closer to leaving campus — and depth at the position never hurts.
