Consensus four-star linebacker Izayia Williams has set up an official visit with the Colorado Buffaloes for June 17, according to On3’s Steve Wiltfong. Williams is ranked by On3 as the No. 2 linebacker and the No. 5 class of 2026 prospect in Florida.
Speaking on the Buffs’ appeal, the linebacker made mention of head coach Deion Sanders:
“Being able to play for a head coach that has played in the NFL with great experience and one of the best to ever play,” Williams told On3 (subscription required).
Williams racked up 125 tackles (15 for loss) and six sacks during his junior season at Tavares High School. He then turned heads at the Under Armour All-America Game in January.
The currently uncommitted prospect from Leesburg, Florida also told On3 his plans to visit the Penn State Nittany Lions, Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide, Florida Gators and Florida State Seminoles throughout May and June.
