Georgia 4-star 2026 cornerback Jorden Edmonds is offered by Notre Dame

It seems like Notre Dame football has been reviewing 2026 film, as they made an offer to California running back Brian Bonner early on Tuesday.

The Irish weren’t done, as they made another one to Georgia cornerback Jorden Edmonds later in the day. The 6-foot, 3-inch and 175-pound prospect is considered one of the nation’s best, ranking as the No. 97 overall prospect according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

He has already participated in the Navy All-American Bowl with a few 2025 Irish signees, so they surely had some inside info for the coaching staff. Edmonds could also play wide receiver at the next level, but his ceiling is much higher as a corner.

Edmonds father Chris played for West Virginia in the early 2000’s, and played for three years in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that Notre Dame has offered another son of a former professional player, as they’ll surely try and get the younger Edmonds on campus as soon as possible.
