Robstown names Perry full-time AD, Crowley to become head football coach

Robstown ISD is splitting the athletic director and head football coaching duties beginning in the 2025-26 school year.

Gage Perry will remain the district’s athletic director and offensive coordinator Travis Crowley has been promoted to head football coach at the school, Perry confirmed Wednesday.

Perry was hired at Robstown before the start of the 2021 season, leading the Pickers to the UIL playoffs in 2023.

Robstown’s playoff appearance that season snapped a 13-year drought dating back to 2010.

The Pickers are coming off a 2-7 season and finished 0-4 in a competitive District 15-4A Division II.
