Tennessee is working to add a running back to its 2026 football recruiting class.
Four-star running back Jonaz Walton will visit Tennessee on April 7. Tennessee will be his third of four recruiting visits, including Florida on March 13, Alabama on April 4 and Notre Dame on April 8.
The 5-foot-9, 205-pound running back plays for Central High School in Carrollton, Georgia. 247Sports ranks Walton as the No. 15 player in Georgia and the No. 10 running back in the class of 2026.
The Vols offered Walton a scholarship on Feb. 25, 2023. He attended Tennessee’s junior day in 2024 and 2025, while also unofficially visiting for the Tennessee-South Carolina game on Sept. 30, 2023, and on June 23, 2024.
