OU Board of Regents to consider contracts for GM Jim Nagy, Nate Dreling, others

NORMAN — OU’s Board of Regents will consider the contracts of new inside linebackers coach Nate Dreiling, assistant linebackers/outside linebackers coach Wes Goodwin and general manager Jim Nagy at its Monday meeting, according to the agenda.

Of the new OU football hires, Goodwin’s was the lone salary listed. He’ll earn $200,000 this year.

Special teams analyst Doug Deakin, entering his second season with the Sooners, will have a $70,000 raise considered by the board. He’ll go from earning $180,000 annually to $250,000.

Safeties coach Brandon Hall’s contract will undergo a review of compensation and to make any necessary adjustments.

Deputy Athletics Director Marcus Bowman will have a salary raise from $238,235 to $310,000 considered. Regents will also consider an annual salary raise for Mackenzie Dilbeck from $213,000 to $310,000 and a title change from Executive Associate Athletics Director to Deputy Athletic Director.

Updated cost for OU football stadium renovations

OU’s Board of Regents will also consider an update on the projected costs of the future stadium master plan development for the remaining phases: $450 million.

The regents previously approved construction firms for the Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium Master Plan Updates project during its January meeting in Oklahoma City.
