Nebraska commit to visit Big Ten rival

A Nebraska class of 2026 commit has planned a series of visits to other schools, including a Big Ten rival. CJ Bronaugh is a four-star defensive back out of Winter Garden, Florida.

Bronaugh has told On3 that he will visit with the Florida State Seminoles on March 19, the North Carolina Tar Heels on March 21, the Clemson Tigers on March 23. He has an official visit set with the Penn State Nittany Lions on June 20. The defensive back has also confirmed that the Syracuse Orange are working hard to get him on campus.

He has been committed to Nebraska since November 26 and will return to the Lincoln campus on June 8. He’s currently rated as the nation’s No. 17 cornerback and No. 141 prospect overall

It should come as no surprise that a committed player would plan visits to other schools. In today’s era of college football, nothing is official until a commit signs on the dotted line and Nebraska knows there’s still work to do with Bronaugh’s recruitment.
