Georgia football injury report for spring practice

The Georgia Bulldogs have begun spring practice in preparation for the 2025 college football season. Georgia is pretty banged up along the defensive front and at running back entering spring practice.

The Bulldogs are without several key contributors on both sides of the ball. Georgia head coach Kirby Smart detailed UGA’s injury situation entering spring practice.

“Guys that are out for spring, I think we have nine total guys,” said Smart. “I do a year-to-year average. I think 2024, we had 12 outs. 2023, we had eight outs. 2022, we had 14 outs. I think we’re at eight or nine, depending on how you classify a couple guys.”

Georgia does not have a tremendous amount of injuries, but the Dawgs certainty have enough players out to impact their spring significantly.
