The Georgia Bulldogs have 15 outgoing transfers. UGA football players were able to enter the transfer portal following the SEC championship game and most of them have found college football landing spots.
Two Georgia Bulldogs are without transfer destinations: quarterback Jaden Rashada and wide receiver Michael Jackson. Rashada is the top quarterback available ahead of the spring transfer portal window. Jackson, a USC Trojans transfer, never saw a ton of snaps during his one year at Georgia.
Georgia lost a lot of talent via the transfer portal including two of the top three ranked transfers in the country, per 247Sports. Former Georgia outside linebacker Damon Wilson (No. 2) and quarterback Carson Beck (No. 3) represent UGA’s two biggest loses to the portal.
Georgia also lost some critical defensive depth like cornerback Julian Humphrey, linebacker Troy Bowles, pass rusher Sam M’Pemba, defensive tackle Jamaal Jarrett and more. The most recent Georgia player announced their transfer destination is wide receiver Rara Thomas, who has signed with the Troy Trojans.
