Nebraska football cracks the top ten of tackle Hayden Ainsworth

Nebraska football made the top ten for class of 2027 four-star offensive tackle Hayden Ainsworth. He made the announcement via social media on Wednesday.

Ainsworth is a three-star recruit. He is currently the 16th overall player in his class from the state of Mississippi, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. As expected, Ole Miss is in his Top Ten. Alabama, North Carolina State, North Carolina, Oklahoma, UNLV, Florida State, Baylor, and Liberty are also in the mix.

Nebraska football has no commitments in the 2027 recruiting class. However, they have a bunch of summer visits lined up. Ainsworth has a busy summer visit schedule as well. He is set to visit North Carolina State on May 30, Nebraska on June 6, Liberty on June 13, and Ole Miss on June 20. All of those will be official visits.

He would be another solid get for the Huskers. He measures in at six-foot-five, 305 pounds. The competition will be fierce for Nebraska to land him. Getting in the top ten is undoubtedly a step in the right direction.
