The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to three-star wide receiver recruit Tyren Wortham, who is a member of the class of 2026. Georgia offered Wortham shortly after he committed to the UCF Knights on April 3.
Wortham plays high school football for Booker High School in Sarasota, Florida. He also runs track for Booker. The 6-foot, 175-pound wide receiver is the No. 581 recruit in the 2026 recruiting cycle, per 247Sports. He is UCF’s highest ranked commitment in their recruiting class. Wortham is the No. 90 wide receiver in the country and the No. 86 player in Florida.
Wortham committed to UCF after visiting the Knights. However, his recent scholarship offer from Georgia football could change his mind. “I’m extremely blessed to receive and offer from Georgia football,” said Wortham after receiving an offer from UGA.
The UCF commitment is coming off a massive junior season. He posted 67 catches for 1,320 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Georgia currently has a pair of wide receiver commitments in the class of 2026 in four-star Brady Marchese and four-star Vance Spafford.
