Peyton Dyer, a four-star cornerback from Duluth, Georgia, is attracting significant recruiting attention as the No. 27 cornerback in the 2026 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He decommitted from the South Carolina Gamecocks this week after visiting with the Georgia Bulldogs in March.
Dyer has listed where he will be taking his official visits. The 6-foot, 190-pound prospect has official visits lined up for USC (June 6), Georgia (June 13), and South Carolina (June 20) this June.
Dyer has visited Georgia football multiple times this offseason and plans be in attendance for the G-Day spring game this Saturday along with many other priority recruits.
Dyer has become a recruit that Georgia is going after hard. Georgia only has two defensive commits in safety Zech Fort and JUCO defensive lineman Seven Cloud. Building up the defensive side of this recruiting class will be key for Georgia, who is expected to have departures after this upcoming season.
