Purdue football coach Barry Odom caps spring season
Hear what head coach Barry Odom said after Purdue football’s spring showcase on Saturday.
WEST LAFAYETTE − Throughout spring, Purdue football had four players vying for the No. 1 quarterback.
Beyond that group was three more quarterbacks cycling through reps.
One of those on the outside looking in, redshirt sophomore Jake Wilson, posted on social media he’ll enter the transfer portal.
Wilson was a walk-on quarterback from Trophy Club, Texas.
In two seasons with the Boilermakers, Wilson did not see the field. He was an academic all-conference honoree last season.
