Vols offer 2027 offensive lineman

Tennessee is working to add to its 2027 football recruiting class. The Vols offered four-star offensive lineman Jimmy Kalis a scholarship on Tuesday.

“After an amazing conversation, I am beyond grateful and excited to have received an offer to Vol football,” Kalis announced.

Kalis is from Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. On3 ranks him as the No. 4 player in Pennsylvania and No. 15 offensive tackle prospect in 2027.

The 6-foot-6, 285-pound offensive lineman holds additional SEC offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Texas and Texas A&M.

Kalis has unofficially visited Penn State, Florida State and Texas.

Tennessee does not have any commitments for its 2027 recruiting class. The Vols have seven commitments for 2026: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, wide receiver Tyreek King, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda, wide receiver Tyran Evans, defensive lineman Tyson Bacon, linebacker Braylon Outlaw and defensive lineman C.J. Edwards.
