Oregon Football’s post-spring top-25 rankings, per On3 Sports

The spring football season is over, and the transfer portal window is closed. For the most part, outside of a few remaining additions to rosters here and there, we’ve seen all that we’re going to see this spring, and know, for the most part, what everyone’s team will look like going into the 2025 college football season.

The Oregon Ducks concluded their spring game on Saturday afternoon at Autzen Stadium with a long list of young players impressing and a defense that was largely dominant throughout the day.

Oregon enters the new season with high expectations, with either Dante Moore or Austin Novosad under center and a combination of Makhi Hughes, Evan Stewart, Kenyon Sadiq, and Dakorien Moore as the top weapons. Coming off of a year where they went 13-1 with a Big Ten Championship win and a No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff, many believe that the Ducks should be back near the top of the nation’s power balance once again this year.

Following the spring season, On3’s Andy Staples put out his updated top-25 rankings, and he has the Ducks ranked No. 6 going into the new year.

A year ago, the Ducks were ranked No. 3 in the nation according to the AP Poll heading into the season. Should the AP mirror Staples’ poll ahead of the season, it would be the second-straight year where Oregon is inside the top 10, and the seventh time since 2011.
