2026 5-star WR Ethan ‘Boobie’ Feaster predicted to land with Texas A&M

Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko is on his way to changing the landscape of Texas A&M recruiting at several positions compared to his predecessor, Jimbo Fisher, especially at wide receiver. So far, Elko and his staff landed commitments from four-star wide receivers Aaron Gregory and Mike Brown, and are reportedly on the cusp of gaining a commitment from a potential gamechanger at the position.

On Wednesday, Rivals recruiting insider Sam Spiegelman reported that Alabama and Texas A&M are now in the driver’s seat to land 2026 five-star wide receiver Ethan “Boobie” Feaster, as LSU, who was previously the leader in his recruitment, is now considered out of the running. For most, this is surprising given LSU’s legacy of landing, and developing NFL receivers, but in today’s age of NIL-based deals, more programs have a shot at landing a prospect like Feaster.

However, during the Kevin Sumlin days, Texas A&M’s star receivers included Mike Evans, Josh Reynolds, and Christian Kirk, who have all gone on to have successful careers and sign multiple contracts, while Evans is on his way to the Hall of Fame. Before Feaster’s official visit to College Station next month, he has already made his way to campus multiple times this spring.

After releasing the new information surrounding Feaster’s connection to Alabama and Texas A&M, Spiegelman, along with fellow insider Landyn Rosow have predicted the Aggies to land Feaster, who will announce his commitment on July 4. While things can change over the next month and a half, this is a great sign for the Aggies heading into the summer.
