Wisconsin football offers top class of 2026 tackle Kamari Blair

Wisconsin football extended an offer to class of 2026 offensive tackle Kamari Blair on Wednesday.

The Badgers join a loaded offer sheet that also includes Kentucky, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Boston College, Cincinnati, Indiana, Louisville, Mississippi State, Missouri, NC State, North Carolina, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

247Sports lists Blair as a four-star recruit. It specifically ranks him as the No. 287 overall player in the class of 2026, No. 28 offensive tackle and No. 9 recruit from his home state of Tennessee. The service lists six programs with heightened interest in the top-ranked tackle — Kentucky, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Florida State and Georgia Tech. He has official visits scheduled to Vanderbilt (May 29), South Carolina (June 6), Ole Miss (June 13), Kentucky (June 20).

As of May 8, 247Sports has yet to log a prediction for his commitment, while On3’s recruiting prediction machine lists South Carolina as the favorite (38.8%), followed by Vanderbilt (17.4%) and Ole Miss (14.9%).

Wisconsin is a bit late in offering the top-ranked tackle, especially with his official visit season mostly scheduled out. Time will tell if the program can make a late run and join his list of top contenders.

Wisconsin’s class of 2026 currently ranks No. 43 nationally with six players committed. Luke Fickell and his staff are looking for momentum in the cycle as they enter a pivotal summer official visit season. Commitments from blue-chip prospects like Blair will be key to the program compiling its third straight top-25 class.
