Jordan Faison has balled out in two seasons at Notre Dame — and not only on the lacrosse field.

Faison has also made an impact on the gridiron as a two-sport athlete for Notre Dame’s football and lacrosse programs. The Fort Lauderdale, Florida native has showcased skills compatible in both football and lacrosse.

Moreover, he has played at a championship caliber in both sports. As a freshman in 2023-24, he helped Notre Dame lacrosse win its second consecutive national title. As a sophomore in 2024-25, he and the Fighting Irish football program fell to Ohio State in the College Football Playoff national title game. A win there would have been the Fighting Irish’s first football title in nearly four decades.

Notre Dame, looking for its third straight national championship title, takes on No. 5 national seed Penn State at noon ET on Sunday at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland.

Faison plays for Notre Dame in football and lacrosse, sports in which he competes as a wide receiver and midfielder, respectively.
