Nebraska football quarterback commit Trae Taylor will return to campus on June 1 to take part in the Nebraska football camp. Taylor made the announcement on social media earlier this week.
The quarterback has been active on social media, engaging with recruits and fans. He is one of the top prospects in the country for the class of 2026, the 14th overall player nationally, the top player in the state of Illinois, and the third overall quarterback per Rivals rankings.
Taylor officially committed to Nebraska on May 1. The quarterback’s visit in June could be notable, as it will give him time to visit with some of the top prospects in the country. He will also have a chance to peer recruit for the 2027 class and build around himself as he sees fit.
There is still a lot of time between now and 2027, but it’s encouraging that he wants to be active in recruiting.
