Law, a wide receiver, is listed at No. 10 with a speed of 97, according to On3.com.
Law transferred to UK in the offseason after spending the previous three seasons at Alabama, where he caught 33 passes for 343 yards and a touchdown.
Former Kentucky wideout Barion Brown, now at LSU, is tied for the fastest speed in the game with a 99 rating.
