The Oregon Ducks 2026 recruiting class has jumped from just inside the top-50 nationally to the top-10 class in less than a month.
That group took a big leap forward this week with the additions of five-star offensive tackle Immanuel Iheanacho and four-star defensive back Devin Jackson.
But the Ducks still aren’t done.
On3’s Hayes Fawcett, who makes commitment edits ahead of recruit’s college announcements, has teased that Oregon still has two more pledges to come.
So, who could they be?
The top candidate is Panther Creek (Texas) four-star wide receiver Jalen Lott, who is expected to announce his college commitment Tuesday.
The 6-foot, 180-pound pass-catcher is rated the nation’s No. 49 overall prospect and No. 5 athlete and holds nearly 50 scholarship offers.
Why?
As a junior, Lott hauled in 85 receptions for 1,111 yards and 16 touchdowns, but was also the USATF National Junior Olympics champion in the long jump.
While Lott seems to be the most likely candidate, pinning down a second commitment may prove tricky.
Oregon is in the mix for several prospects who could soon pull the trigger.
Here’s a quick rundown:
– Rocky Mountain (Idaho) high three-star offensive lineman Jax Tanner officially visited several schools since May 30, but Oregon is viewed as the leader over Boise State, BYU, Michigan and Tennessee.
– St. Frances Academy (Maryland) five-star safety Jireh Edwards is announcing his commitment Saturday, but Alabama is viewed as the clear favorite.
– Oaks Christian (California) elite defensive back Davon Benjamin is viewed as an Oregon lean, but has not yet set a commitment date.
