When the idea of a Netflix show following Southeastern Conference teams was first mentioned last season, excitement built for months in anticipation of its release.
Now, the countdown begins until Aug. 5, when “Any Given Saturday” drops on the streaming platform. On Monday, July 14, a 1-minute, 53-second trailer showcased players and coaches from across the SEC. Just like the conference contests on Saturdays, the clip gave college football fans an inside look at the lives of athletes and their families, along with the unique gameday atmospheres in some of the top college towns in the country.
With just 17 days remaining until the show’s release, fans will have to settle for trailers and clips posted on social media by the streaming platform.
Here is the official trailer from Netflix, which compiles the pageantry of the SEC with the day-to-day lives of players, coaches and family members, all intertwined into the business of college football:
The cover of the 1-minute preview features quarterbacks Garrett Nussmeier (LSU), LaNorris Sellers (South Carolina), DJ Lagway (Florida), Diego Pavia (Vanderbilt) and wide receiver Cam Coleman (Auburn).
It also includes a sit-down interview and several related clips of head coach Brian Kelly, who led the Tigers in his second season at the helm in 2024, down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
