Add another preseason accolade to the list for Notre Dame star running back Jeremiyah Love.

The Walter Camp preseason first-team All-American has been named to the 2025 Walter Camp player of the year Watch List. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.

The 6-foot, 206-pound Fighting Irish junior ran for 1,125 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2024, and he caught 28 passes for 237 yards and two receiving scores. Included in those numbers is his school record-tying 98-yard touchdown run on the third play of the first-round College Football Playoff game against Indiana. Big things are expected this fall, in what could be his final season in South Bend.

Love and the Irish begin their quest to return to the CFP when they open at Miami on August 31.
